Started a new job recently and here are some affirmations I gave to myself for the journey ahead.

You are gifted.

Your imagination, compassion, tenacity and curiosity have a place in this world. Your gifts are recognized and will continue to grow on a new level.

You are supported.

There’s a team of people excited to partner with you as we take on “middle management” with that same “get er done” attitude we’ve always had.

You are capable.

Our ability to “get things done” will be stretched as we take on the new and exciting challenge of leading leaders. It’s okay to pause for sweating and tears, but we gotta keep going.

You are loved.

Not only in the natural (hi friends!), but God is here to advocate for and protect us as we pivot in our career. Don’t forget to speak to and listen for Him as you make decisions. Father knows best.
