Spiritual fruit are the evidence of Holy Spirit within us.

In my opinion, each are tied to a choice.

Joy is tied to a choice of attitude. To choose Joy is to decide that in spite of circumstance, God is capable of freeing us. It is WAY more than just an emotion.

Today I chose Joy through spending time at brunch with one of my dearest friends.

The conversation alone was fuel for the week ahead…not to mention the food 😋
